In the case of prospective volunteers, contractors, consultants, agents or employees, our primary purpose is to assess suitability for employment or engagement. 

In the case of current or prospective donors, our primary purpose is to facilitate the making of donations and provide relevant information about our operations. 

In the case of other persons that contact us (including users of our website), our primary purpose is to assist us to respond to enquiries.

Our usual process of collecting personal information is to collect the personal information directly from individual concerned. We may also collect personal information from other sources, such as through referrals from individuals or other entities, from banks and financial institutions, your current and previous employers, government bodies (such as relevant departments, regulatory authorities etc.), our volunteers, contractors, consultants and agents, paid search providers and through fundraising and promotional events. 

If you do not provide us with the requested information, we may not be able to provide you with our services or otherwise engage with you. In some cases, it may be possible for you to provide us with some but not other personal information. You can ask us if this is possible.

We may disclose personal information to our directors, advisory board members, volunteers, contractors, consultants, agents, employees and related entities, our external auditors, brokers and insurance providers, legal and other advisors, employers of individuals, banks and financial institutions, your advisors, government bodies (such as relevant departments, regulatory authorities etc.), law enforcement agencies and third parties considering the acquisition of the whole or part of our assets or business.
